Personal data protection policy
The personal data controller is TENZOVÁHY, s.r.o., Company ID: 48393789, with registered office at Machátova 345/3, Slavonín, 783 01 Olomouc, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).
The subject of personal data is the customer of the Controller (“Subject”), who has submitted his/her personal data to the Controller via the relevant order form. Personal data is the Name and Surname, telephone number and email address. For the purposes of responding to the request of the Subject, the Controller does not process any other personal data than the one specified, and if the Subject has provided additional data in the request, the Controller does not record or store such data.
The Controller only processes personal data for the purposes of responding to the request from the Subject, or possibly also for the purposes of offering related goods or services (i.e. commercial communications). Processing is carried out only by our own employees bound by confidentiality, and there is no and will not be any transfer of email addresses to third parties or to third countries.
The purpose of sending commercial communications is to offer the Administrator's products and services to persons who have already expressed an interest in receiving related products and services, with the legal basis for this sending being the Administrator's legitimate interest or the consent of the recipient of the commercial communication.
If consent to sending has been given, it can be revoked at any time and free of charge by using the form below (identical to the order form), by simply sending an email to the company's address, or by telephone or in person. After revocation of consent, the email address will be deleted and commercial offers will no longer be sent. However, revocation of your consent will not affect the previous legality of processing your email and sending commercial offers in the past.
If you are sent an offer based on your previous order, or even a contractual relationship, you can at any time state that you no longer want to receive any subsequent or related communications, at any time and free of charge by using the form below (identical to the order form), by simply sending an email to the company's address, or by telephone or in person.
Each recipient of a commercial communication may change their email address, may request notification of the purpose and legal basis for processing their email address. They have the right to request deletion of their email address from the Administrator's list. They have the right to request suspension of sending commercial communications if they object to the illegality of this sending. They have the right to be notified of modifications and changes to the purpose of sending, including other changes related to the processing of their email address. They have the right to object to the processing of their email address for the purpose of sending commercial communications. They have the right to contact the supervisory authority with their complaint against the processing of their email address and the content of the commercial communication. The supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 727/27, 170 00 Prague 7 Holešovice, Czech Republic.
These principles do not apply to processing other than sending responses to the Subject's request. In particular, they do not apply to the processing of other personal data if the addressee is in a contractual or other relationship with the Controller.
