VM-1 Product Profile

VM-1 is an automatic single-bridge road weigher internationally approved for trade use. It is designed for control of material supply in construction yards, sand pits, quarries, concrete production yards, in waste dumps etc. Vehicles are weighed in motion (WIM mode) so weighing itself is done in several seconds. Another adwantage of WIM mode is that vehicle lenght or gross weight is not limited as is on standard truck scales.

Weigher is installed into the steel frame height only 250 mm, which is embedded into the road. The weighbridge is not installed firmly into the ground, it is very easy to elevate the weighbridge by the forklift truck and after the cleaning or maintenance it can continue without the necessity of recalibration by service expert. Regular maintenance is simple and considerably less expensive.

Pre-installed heating of the base frame ensures trouble-free operation in tough winter conditions.

Weighing system is controlled by PC. It's user friendly software does not only control weighing process but provide also extensive data management, as for example reports of weighed material, automatic invoice generation, co-operation with company accounting or material supply system, etc. Data management and reporting is commonly modified upon user request. Software modification that allows vehicle load analysis for law enforcement purposes is also available.

Weighing system can be operated in fully automated mode - vehicles are detected by chip cards and weighing process can run without human operator
