Weighing system for random vehicle load checking

Weighing system PW-10 is a fully portable battery powered weighing equipment which is installed and fully operational within minutes. Vehicle weighing system PW-10 can be used for statistical axle load recording, payload weighing, checking for overloaded vehicles and for law enforcement weighing. Police forces, Road administrators as well as private users appreciate simple usage, high effective weigh in motion mode and variability of evaluation software.

Unique tenzometric weighpads design coupled with an advanced real-time evaluation allows checking vehicles not only in common static mode (axle by axle), but also in the weigh in motion - WIM mode which is much faster and effective. The accuracy of both modes is comparable, which proves tests of the Czech Metrology Institute. A time consuming cycle common for static weighers (driving on pads by first axle - stopping - weighing the axle - driving on by second axle - stopping - weighing the second axle etc.) does not take place here. Vehicle axles are automatically detected, counted and processed immediately after the last axle leaves the pads. All of the axle weights, total weight and also a number of ratio parameters are evaluated, recorded and printed out on weighing protocol.

The system consists of two weighing pads with capacity 10,000 kg each (20,000 kg per axle) and PC controlled evaluation system, which performs the vehicle load analysis according to national load limits and prints the weighing protocol with charges for overloading.

Large weighing surface, high mobility and time-saving WIM mode are the main advantages of portable weighpads PW-10.
